Oak Tree House is run by Chaseview Enterprises, a registered provider with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) operating in Staffordshire.

Founded in 2014, Oak Tree House began as a three bedroom Residential Home for adults with Learning Difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Complex Needs. It has now developed in a four bedroom Residential Home, supporting 4 Clients. We offer a unique and personalised service, putting the needs of our Clients at the heart of our work.
